Super happy song! Gives me solid MDK vibes!
I can see a space ship ballin' in space up and down as it catches stars and avoid rainbow balls, all this while the backgrounds zoom in and out with a full kaleidoscope of colors. Akin to the older days of flash games.

I love it! :D

RedSkiesOfficial responds:

Thank you so much! That was actually the theme I was going for!

I see a distant cousin to the game Flashback when I close my eyes. Where cyborgs and other remnants of a hi-tech civilization long after their apex roams the globe, still trying to cling to their past greatness. The player is from a ''lower'' race of human, enslaved by the cyborgs. They try to get out of this wretched planet and reach for the stars, where survival is surprisingly more successful.

Edit: typo at planet

I love it! :)

Wow honestly thank you. I really appreciate your interpretation. Now I’m wishing I left you something so in depth. I followed you and look forward more of your work in the future! Thank you.

I can feel a deep and truthful sense of connection emanating from the piece. Like this is the story of two lovers that have been living hardships for a long time. Their situation evolved thru time and the physical connection got challenged more than once. But in the end, the thrived, and regardless of what life will throw at them they will never ever loose the love they feel for each other. It's inspiring and beautiful.

I love the piano! I'm impressed at your skills to mix all the instrument together to make it so fluent. The only constructive comment I could find is that the beginning take a bit to start, it adds to the feeling of longing, which kinda made me long for the big stereo bars I was seeing coming in the frequency.

Very well made! : )

Troisnyx responds:

Were this playing in an actual scene with a credits roll, you would not be longing for those bars. You wouldn't know the big bars existed, not yet.

I am considering the possibility of a radio edit, but until then, actually savour the music. If it feels unbearable to wait, fair. But it will come.

I'm glad you enjoyed it, by the way. ☺️ There's kind of you. Thank you so much.

That's really immersive! The pace is perfect, the synth melody perfectly catches the mystery of the transition into the unknown, and the bass at 1:25 is thumping the uneasiness into my head. The bass also gives off a sense of epic, like what you're about to witness is far beyond your capacity to understand it.

Well made!

Kassich responds:

Thank you! I think you explained what I was going for in this piece better than I did!

I love it!
It makes me feel like I was wandering in a city overrun by vegetation, under a hot summer sun.
I like the bass instrument, I think its this that makes me feel like I'm in a city. Kinda like Midgar in FF7, and the flute definitely has forest vibes.

Good job! :)

Mabelma responds:

Hey thanks so much for this review!! It made my night 🙏🙏🙏

I love the environmental effects! They really help picture the Upper Norfair I'm imagining in my head. The brass gives a solemn and serious feel to it too, it's a new twist I haven't heard before for Norfair. I also love how you low-key put the main melody at the end. It's a nice touch

Good Job!

Edit: Upper Norfair and not Lower Norfair

HoboKa responds:

Yeah, this was a big project for me, started it in 2009, tried to get it into a super secret remix project, but it didn't quite hit their bar of quality. Oh well. Got something cool to share at least.

Vraiment bon!
