The first couple instances of bit crushing surprised me a bit, but then it quickly started to fit well with the rest. I love the otherworldly voices, the really fit well in an environmental setup. I really dig the drums, so smooth and easy to bob your head at.

Well done : )

FateModified responds:

Thank you so much! :)

I get the back and forth motion with the panning and up and down melody, well done! For me tho I wouldn't associate this with ocean, but more with a quiet shop in a tranquil village. There is a very slight twist of melancholy too. It's really calming. There seems to be some clipping here and there, but I'm not sure if it's intended or not.

Well done! : )

Edit:
I hear clipping from 0:00 0:10 especially now that I listen closely

TebyTheCat responds:

Thanks for the comment! Can you tell me where around you think those clipping happened? I really want to look into that

Super immersive! Straight from the bat the driving emotions pop out and bring you level with the intention of the song. To me however, I feel like ''sad'' or ''morose'' would better represent the song rather than ''Creepy'', but that's heavily based on personal experiences.

Well done! : )

Old Newgrounds vibe definitely checked, especially the bit at 1:16. I get a solid oceanic and spacey vibe from it. The instruments you chose fits perfectly for that. I get dystopian vibes as well, especially from the tubular bass. I agree with Chepaki however, the sidechain is a bit too agressive for my taste in some places.

Well done!

Teckmo-X responds:

THATS EXACTLY HOW I'D DESCRIBE IT!!!! GET OUT OF MY MIND!!! >.<" Lmao but more so yes, my concept of music involves a lot of space themes and it's all different with every song. I did my best to sidechain tbh I had used up almost 90% of FL Studio channels when I made this song. It's rough around the edges but it plays a beautiful tune. I managed to stay up later than usual and work on the song a bit more so I can replace the file with a more polished version of the song, one where the bass still kicks in but doesn't overpower everything else. I should have it replaced by tomorrow after my Youtube launch. It was not only fun but I felt a sense of peacefulness working on it. I'm glad you liked it along with everyone else. Heads up: I'm already working on a new song and it's almost ready for stores.

Man this has solid Cave Story vibe for me. I was reading your description as the song was playing and I feel like your description fits the song very well! Kudos for bringing this thought to life as well as this!

Well done!

Hey Rafdows

I love the atmosphere it brings! It feels magical and mysterious with hints of criticality. It would fit very well in a town area between two very tense area of a game. One thing I notice was the sitar (the front row strings) is sometimes a little bit too pointy (or loud) for me.

Well done! :)

Very nice!
I'm always so impressed that you can do such feats in so little time!

Troisnyx responds:

Thank you. Composing quickly has been a regular practice of mine since last year.

You know da wae

I like me self some good & thick Thunder Jams in the morning!
The ''Haaaa'' makes me think so much of the ''Shhh Haa'' in Age of Empire when you create a villager.

Very good horror jam! It reminds me of Savant's Slasher album. I love the effects in it, you did a good job of putting them around and not making it too heavy, it complements perfectly.

Well done! :)

LostChronology responds:

Thank you! I am going to check out Savant's Slasher.
